Free Google Maps rank checker
Google shows different results depending on where someone searches. Check where a business ranks for a search, as seen from one address.
Free · no sign-up neededHow it works
We run the search on Google Maps exactly as a customer standing at that address would, and show you the top 10 results. If the business is in the top 20, you see its position.
One spot only tells part of the story: a business can be first on its own street and missing 2 km away. A free account checks a whole grid of spots around the business and colors each one, so you see where you win and where competitors take over. More about the Google Maps rank tracker.
Questions
Why is my rank different from what I see on my phone?
Google personalizes results by location, search history and device. This check uses a clean search from the address you enter, which is closer to what a new customer sees.
What does “not in the top 20” mean?
From that address, the business isn't among the first 20 Google Maps results. Few people scroll that far, so customers there rarely find it.
What address should I use?
Start with the business's own street address, then try addresses where your customers are.
Is it really free?
Yes. No account needed. To keep it free for everyone, each visitor can run a few checks every 10 minutes.
